Downstairs there is another 3 bathrooms, ladies, mens & hcap, plus kitchen, 2 more classrooms, the oak library and the furnace room plus numerous storage nooks. 3 natural gas furnaces plus 2 a/c units and water heater included. Items which are NOT INCLUDED - Large Cross in the chapel, kitchen cabinets and oak library plus fridge and stove, sound system & computer & projection unit & screen, piano, organ, shuffleboard in loft, pews, couches and easy chairs plus the moveable tables and chairs both upstairs and in the downstairs social room area. Please note that some of the items stated as "Not Included" may be for sale or stay with the building (at Community of Christ discretion). This Church Home is all set up to go for the right group of people.
