HI, I’M DEREK KOPP.

I’M ON A MISSION TO PROVIDE A PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE FOR ALL OF MY VALUED CLIENTS.

I was educated at the University of Saskatchewan and obtained Bachelor of Commerce Degrees in Finance and Human Resource Management through the Edwards School of Business. Following convocation, my journey in real estate began with Realty Executives Saskatoon. Now 10 years of selling experience and hundreds of closed deals later, here we are, and it’s been very enjoyable and rewarding. I’ve sold all types of residential real estate, from condos and houses, new developments, acreages, and everything in between. I continue to learn and grow and get better every year. I’ve been fortunate to work with many amazing people and have been the recipient of annual awards along the way. I love sales and negotiating and I can be obsessed with getting my clients the best deal possible.
