Matthew Stefanson

     I grew up in Saskatoon, and after spending a few years living across Canada, decided to return here to raise my family. I've worked and volunteered for many years for local non-profits and arts organizations like the Broadway Theatre and 25th Street Theatre and am proud to have contributed to the artistic community of Saskatoon.  

       I got into real estate because I was already the person that friends and family went to when they were looking for a place. I've lived all over the city and as a recent first time home buyer, I understand the process as a buyer and a REALTOR®.

     For a small city Saskatoon has a lot to offer. If you're looking for a walking neighbourhood, where everything is close by, we have that. If you want the peace and quiet of a suburban street, Saskatoon has it. In this city there's a perfect home for everyone and I'm excited to help you find yours! 

     In today's market, having the right person representing you makes all the difference. Buying and selling a home may be the biggest decision you ever make and working with someone that protects your interests and understands your concerns is so important. My promise to all of my clients is that your goals are my goals. At the end of the day I don't just want you to be happy, I want you to be thrilled! 

     Every one of my clients has different goals and it's my commitment to take the time to find out exactly what "home" means to each one. Your move gives back to the community!

Working in the housing industry I’m able to help my clients find their new home and begin the next stage of their lives. At the same time, I know that for so many of our neighbours that goal is out of reach. With this in mind I donate 5% of my income to a community organization that helps our underserved neighbours.

In my first year of business (August 1, 2021 to August 1, 2022) I will be working with The Lighthouse Supported Living, a non-profit housing provider that offers emergency shelter, supportive living, and affordable housing for men, women, and families in Saskatoon. They provide over 170,000 meals annually and offer safe housing, mental health and addictions counselling services to our neighbours. The need for housing support in Saskatoon is immense and organizations like The Lighthouse are crucial to keeping our community safe and healthy. I’m very proud to offer them my support!
